Refund policy

1. Return Window:

   You may request a return within 1 week of receipt of your order.

2. Condition of Returns:

   - Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

   - Products must be in resalable condition.

3. Custom Orders:

   Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refund Process:

   - Full refund will be issued for eligible returns, minus any restocking fees and original shipping costs.

   - Refunds will be processed once the manufacturer confirms receipt of the returned items in good condition.

5. Shipping Costs:

   - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

   - Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:

   - Please report any defects or damage within 1 week of delivery.

   - We will replace defective or damaged products at no cost to you, including shipping.

   - Images of damaged or defective items may be required for processing the claim.

7. Restocking Fees:

   Returns may be subject to restocking fees as assessed by the manufacturer.

8. Exchange Process:

   For exchanges, you'll need to place a new order for the desired item(s) and return the original purchase following our return procedure.
