Product Care Don'ts

  • Avoid Outdoor Installation: Di Lusso Hardware's decorative pulls and knobs are designed for interior use only. Do not install them outside unless specified otherwise.
  • No Harsh Cleaners: Refrain from using harsh cleaners, chemicals, or waxes on your hardware. These substances can erode the finishes and void the warranty.
  • Prevent Residue Build-Up: Do not leave water or soap residue on the products. This can also erode the finishes and void the warranty.
  • No Abrasive Cleaning Tools: Never use abrasive surfaces, steel wool, wire brushes, or scrapers to clean your hardware. These tools can chip away at the finishes.
  • Do Not Remove for Cleaning: Our knobs and pulls should not be removed from cabinetry for cleaning. Clean each piece using the recommended steps, but never soak or rinse them under the sink.

Warranty Information

One-Year Warranty

Di Lusso Hardware warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from the date of the original consumer purchase. This warranty reflects our commitment to superior manufacturing, innovative design, and craftsmanship.


What is Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship. It applies only to the original consumer purchase and is non-transferable.


What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover products that have been subject to misuse, improper installation, improper care, accidents, natural disasters, corrosive air, outdoor use, or alterations. Changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any damages or expenses caused by defective products.

Maintenance Program

Di Lusso Hardware offers a specialized maintenance program to help you keep your hardware looking pristine. For $25 per item, we will polish the hardware and replace the leather, saving you approximately $40 to $70 per item compared to replacement costs. Please note that this service is limited to a maximum of 6 knobs or pulls per order.
